As of this morning, Tuesday, 27.07.2021, it is still not possible to un/reinstall and install of software on Windows machines using the DSM Software Store.

Users who urgently need to install software via DSM may contact the UCO (Tel: 5005, uco@desy.de).

We are working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Caused by: Problems updating the DSM client on Windows machines in the subsequent stage of the previous maintenance of the Windows Software Ditribution
