| The maintenance has been finished. However, the post-maintenance malfunctions still exist. However, it was subsequently determined that the update of the DSM client on the user computers is running very slowly. As long as the client update on the computers is not completed, no installations or de-/reinstallations via DSM Software Shop can be performed on the affected computers. Users who urgently need to install software via DSM may contact the UCO (Tel: 5005, uco@desy.de). We are working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. ---------------- On Tuesday, 27.07.2021, from 6.00 h until 9.00 h, maintenance work on the Windows software distribution (DSM) will be carried out.
