| The default setting for automatic appointment entries in the Zimbra Calendar has been changed centrally: Appointments will now only appear in your calendar after you have accepted them. If you prefer to continue having appointments added automatically (without manual acceptance), you can adjust this setting in the classic web interface of Zimbra[1] as follows: 1. Log in at https://mail.desy.de. 2. If necessary, switch to the classic view[1] (this option is only available there). 3. Go to "Settings" → "Calendar". 4. Enable "Automatically add received appointments to calendar". Note: Automatically added appointments do not count as acceptances. To confirm your attendance, to also notify the organizer, you must explicitly accept the appointment - either by clicking in the invitation email or right-clicking the pre-added appointment in your calendar and selecting "Accept".
