We will inform you as soon as the migration has been completed. -------------- Since 12.04.2026, all teams and channels have been fully migrated to Nextcloud Talk. The migration of direct messages (1:1 and 1:n) is largely complete but not yet fully finalized, which is why the history of these messages may occasionally be missing. However, direct messages can already be used without restrictions in Nextcloud Talk. Mattermost will remain available in read-only mode until April 16. | As previously coordinated in the CUC and announced on Mattermost since late February, the central chat service will be migrated from Mattermost to Nextcloud Talk on 11.04.2026, starting at 8:00 AM. If the migration proceeds as planned, the chat service will be available again by 12.04. General access will be possible via [2], though we recommend using the dedicated programs or apps for different operating systems (see instructions on ). After the migration, it may take a moment for channel contents to load when opening them. Shortly before and after the migration, video conferences will be offered to answer questions about using Nextcloud Talk. These dates, along with any further updates, can be found on [1].
