| The problem has been solved. ----------------- Currently, initial registration for Jabber is only possible using Cisco VPN. Initial registration is required if you have never logged into the service before or you have reset your Softphone and need to log in again. If you are already logged into the Jabber Softphone, you can continue using the service seamlessly via eduVPN or from outside the DESY network. We are working on a solution. |
